Bee Natural raw Manuka honey is labelled with a minimum methylglyoxal (mg/kg) content, tested to ISO 17025 standards by an independent UK laboratory. We source our Manuka honey exclusively from New Zealand. Our honey is packaged in a BRC World Standard approved facility. Bee Natual Manuka honey only measures the unique methylglyoxal (MG) compound present in the honey. We do not blend our Manuka honey with other high peroxide based honeys such as Honeydew or Rewarewa. We also do not sell our honey based on peroxide activity, labelled as "total activity", "activity", "peroxide activity" or "TA". As a result, our honey complies with both EU labelling laws and New Zealand government quality guidelines. Strict laws mean we are not permitted to make any health or therapeutic claims about Manuka honey.
